1. Job Purpose

  • Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and overall brand image.
  • Lead the Social & Media team to create innovative, trend-driven content while maintaining consistency, sophistication, and brand identity.

2. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Content

  • Build, execute, and manage multi-channel Social Media plans (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn…).
  • Direct content strategy (articles, visuals, videos, mini-series…) to ensure creativity, relevance, and strong customer appeal.
  • Develop storytelling campaigns (brand stories, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, events) to strengthen engagement and brand connection.
  • Stay updated with industry trends (content, lifestyle, technology, AI) and apply them to Social Media campaigns.

Team & Operations

  • Manage the Social/Media team (content creators, designers, video editors,...), including task allocation, training, and quality control.
  • Oversee online community development: grow membership, foster interaction, and build a positive community culture.
  • Collaborate with external agencies/partners when needed in content production, design, and PR.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze Social Media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, sentiment, community growth).
  • Provide regular reports and propose solutions to optimize campaign results and overall effectiveness.

3. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/Leader, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, luxury, or retail industries.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-platform social management, algorithms, user behavior, and digital content trends.
  • Proven ability in strategy building, creative thinking, and storytelling.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills.
  • Strong data analysis, KPI tracking skills, and ability to leverage AI/new technologies in social marketing is a plus.
  • Good English proficiency, especially in content tailored for international audiences, is an advantage.
