Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnership Marketing & Sales Executive to build strategic alliances, drive B2B growth, and increase brand awareness through high-impact collaborations.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is creative yet commercial, capable of identifying new partnership opportunities while also driving revenue through direct business development initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate strategic collaboration opportunities with brands, platforms, communities, and influencers (KOLs).

 

  • Develop and execute co-branded campaigns, joint events, content initiatives, and brand activations.

 

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with internal teams (branding, digital, operations) to ensure alignment and quality.

 

  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnership campaigns based on agreed KPIs and learnings.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

 

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in Partnerships, Brand Marketing, or B2B Sales/Business Development.

 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 

  • Creative and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

 

  • Experience in F&B, wellness, lifestyle, or startup environments is a strong advantage.

 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
